A true natural domain to live in, the residence is located in the heart of the Grand Parc. Through its environmentally friendly design, it contributes to anchoring the district in the ambitious project of a responsible and forward-looking city. The residence creates a pleasant living space where the large landscaped spaces are located a stone's throw from the infrastructure needed on a daily basis. Designed as a closed and preserved domain, it houses low-rise buildings and single-family homes around a central garden, a place where residents can live and interact.
The residence, designed by the architectural firm GERA, offers a set of 11 houses, all accessible from a private road in order to preserve the tranquility of the residents. Their facades alternate white and grey plasters, punctuated by golden railings. Each of the houses has an entrance set back from the street, decorated with a wooden pergola that houses one or two parking spaces.
Each house has 4 or 5 rooms on two levels and includes a large living room and a kitchen on the ground floor. Large bay windows offer relaxing views of the south-facing garden for the most part. Upstairs, the layout of the bedrooms and bathroom has been optimized for family life. All are extended by a private sunny garden to enjoy pleasant outdoor moments.
Small intimate buildings of only 3 floors offer a very pleasant living environment. The façades with white and grey plasters are punctuated by gold-coloured metal railings. A heart of a landscaped islet offers a privileged natural environment, a place for exchanges and conviviality. Some ground floor apartments have their own independent entrance through a private garden and relaxing views over the heart of the islet.
The interiors are available from 2 to 3 alcove rooms, with a kitchen open to the living room, for more friendliness. Some apartments are evolutive thanks to their alcove, ideal for an office, a large dressing room or an additional bedroom. Most of them open onto a terrace, balcony or private garden, to fully enjoy the peace and quiet and the surrounding nature. The multiple orientations allow light to enter generously into all the living rooms.
