The whole built is made up of 2 buildings of the same size and using differently the same tones, white and black, punctually tinged with blue. The first, 9-storey high, to which an even higher building of the same architecture was attached, and of the same architecture, showed vertical alternating floors. The large loggias developed on a light or dense background of glazed concrete, formed a succession of continuous scales on the facade, laid flat, one on top of the other, with the objective of clearly highlighting the floors.

The second, 5-storey high, which the ground plan had allowed to drift to favour alignment along the boulevard, became autonomous thanks to the operative shift in its writing. Not because it had suddenly become useful to distinguish it from the rest of the operation, but more because it could build a point of anchorage and visual reference for the whole built complex. The sustained tonality of its facades was the same as that which built the particular character of the first building. The design of the openings should then be considered sober and contained.

Thus, the alternation of light and dark horizontals gives elegance and rhythm to the building... while contemporary verticals are sublimated by the play of materials and facades. The spacious shooting loggias, with translucent glass railings and large bay windows, invite natural light into the interiors. Some apartments have double or triple orientations, thus guaranteeing optimal comfort. Finally, the emphasis is on top-of-the-range services and quality and durable materials, with a predominance of aluminium, glazed concrete and glass.

On the ground floor, the double hall offers a beautiful view of the 300 m2 vegetable island. A true invitation to relaxation, this eco-responsible Eden is composed solely of local species of trees, perennials, ground cover and grasses....
