The origin of this ambitious project was an 18th century Brie farmhouse in the perfect location between a listed park and the famous Château de Chessy. The desire to live as close to nature as possible, while being close to everything, was born. The desire to rehabilitate this farmhouse while offering, to the greatest number, the privilege of living in this environment. Finally, there was the concretization, with this domain which reconciles the charm of the old and our lifestyle of today.
This residence is a true source of harmony and energy. At its heart, a planted island welcomes all your outdoor desires and creates a natural continuity with the 30-hectare park that surrounds it. Here, cars are forgotten and nature sets the pace as you walk along the pedestrian walkways, which naturally link the new and renovated parts of the complex and provide a natural continuity with the park, until you forget its boundaries.
Inviting contemplation, bucolic strolls and outdoor games, our landscape architect has selected local species but also those that offer a different tone at each season, to give you a constantly renewed show. To the west, the old farm buildings, barn and turrets have been rehabilitated around green spaces. To the east, the new part with its residences has been harmoniously integrated into the estate.

With the experience of History & Heritage, the rehabilitation of the old farmhouse is based on a choice of noble materials and the preservation of historical lines to highlight the square enclosure and its turrets, typical of the architecture of Brie. A majestic chestnut tree stands guard at its centre.
Comprising three three-storey buildings, the new residence features grey-white cladding and softly toned coatings that alternate between light beige and grey brown in an elegant, subtle harmony. Preserving the beauty of the site and your comfort, the development includes underground parking and bicycle storage on the ground floor.
