The residence reveals all the elegance of its refined and intimate writing, playing a score that is both vegetal and mineral. Three low-rise buildings are harmoniously organized along tree-lined alleyways leading to the heart of a landscaped island. The facades, with their pure, sober lines, are clad alternately in luminous white and deep grey at the base and on certain recessed volumes.
On the attic, a greige tint emphasizes the wide, open-air terraces, crowned by a low-pitched, overhanging metal roof. The cleverly orchestrated interplay of solids and hollows gives rhythm to the project and gives it a very contemporary cachet. The dark grey railings punctuate the ensemble with elegance. Entirely secure, the residence was designed to give pride of place to nature.
